Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Before filing a formal dispute, we ask that you contact us at hello@erivelle.com to try to resolve the issue informally. We'll respond within 2 business days and make a genuine effort to reach a fair resolution.
