Our Story
How a frustrating shopping trip became a brand built on standards.
The day I stood in a supplement aisle for 40 minutes and left with nothing
I was 38 when my knees started talking back. Not dramatically — just a low-grade protest every morning, a stiffness that took longer to shake than it used to. Nothing that stopped me, but enough to notice. I started looking into collagen, omega-3s, the kind of fundamentals I'd been putting off for years.
What I found was a mess. Six hundred products on Amazon. Labels that claimed everything. Proprietary blends that hid the dose. "As seen on TV" badges next to products that had never been tested by anyone independent. I bought a few of the top-rated ones. I couldn't tell if any of them worked because I had no way to know if any of them were real.
I talked to a sports medicine doctor at the time. She told me something I didn't expect: the research on collagen and magnesium is actually solid. The problem isn't that the ingredients don't work. The problem is that 95% of the products on the shelf are dosed at a fraction of what the studies use. A 2-gram collagen serving isn't a supplement. It's a label.
That conversation started Erivelle. The idea was simple: take the ingredients that have real clinical evidence behind them, dose them at the levels the research uses, test every batch independently, and build a brand for people who are tired of being sold to.
We launched with six formulas. Every one of them starts with a question: "What dose does the best available evidence support?" Not "what dose fits the label cost." Not "what dose sounds impressive in the marketing." The actual number from the actual research.
We're not building for the algorithm. We're building for the person who is 40-something, who values their body, who's done with vague promises and wants to know exactly what they're taking and why. That's who we are. That's who we built this for.
The principles we don't compromise on
Test everything, hide nothing
Every batch is tested by an independent, ISO-certified third-party lab before it ships. We test for identity, potency, heavy metals, microbials, and pesticides. The Certificate of Analysis for every batch is publicly available. If we ever have a batch that doesn't pass, it doesn't ship.
Dose it right or don't sell it
Every formula is built around the clinically studied dose — not the minimum that allows a health claim on a label. If the research uses 10g of collagen, our formula uses 10g. If magnesium glycinate studies use 300–400mg, that's our dose. There are no proprietary blends in any Erivelle product.
Clean ingredients, full stop
No artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners. No unnecessary fillers like maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, or magnesium stearate. No ingredients on our labels that we couldn't explain directly to a customer. If it's in the product, it belongs there and we can tell you exactly why.
Stand behind it, always
60 days. No questions beyond "what can we do better." We believe in these formulas because we use them ourselves. If you've taken a product consistently for two months and don't notice a difference, we refund you in full. We cover return shipping. No restocking fee.
Tell you the truth
We won't claim our supplements cure anything. They don't. We'll tell you what the research actually says, what a realistic timeline looks like, and when a study is preliminary versus well-replicated. You deserve to make an informed decision, not one based on a marketing slide.
Built for the long run
We're not building for a quick acquisition or an Amazon ranking. We're building a brand for the next decade. That means we can make decisions that cost us short-term — like third-party testing on every batch, or a 60-day guarantee — because we're optimizing for customers who stay, not customers who click.
