All orders ship from our Austin, Texas warehouse. Orders placed before 2pm CT on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm CT or on weekends ship the next business day.

Delivery estimates are for contiguous US states. Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 1–2 business days. PO Box deliveries accepted via USPS Standard only.

Customs & duties: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the Erivelle order total. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Contact your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.

↩️ Returns Policy

Window: 60 days from the date of purchase.

Satisfaction guarantee: If you've used any Erivelle product consistently for at least 30 days and aren't satisfied with the results, we'll refund you in full. No receipts, no lengthy questionnaires. Email hello@erivelle.com with your order number.

Who pays return shipping: We do. If you need to return a product, we'll email you a prepaid return label. You do not pay for return shipping.

Condition required: For our 60-day satisfaction guarantee, the product can be opened and used — that's the whole point of giving you 60 days to try it. For unopened product returns (e.g. wrong product ordered), the product should be sealed in original packaging.

Refund timeline: We process refunds within 3 business days of your request. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

Restocking fee: None.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We happily exchange any product within 30 days of purchase for a different product of equal or lesser value. If you want to exchange for a higher-priced item, you'll pay the difference. Email hello@erivelle.com with your order number to initiate an exchange. We'll ship the replacement once we've confirmed the return is en route.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged on arrival: Take a photo of the damage and email it to hello@erivelle.com with your order number. We'll ship a replacement the same business day. No return required.

Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, or shows delivered but you haven't received it, email us. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement at no cost to you. We don't make you wait for a carrier investigation to be resolved before replacing.

Wrong item received: Email us with a photo of what you received. We'll send the correct item immediately and arrange return pickup of the wrong one.
