All orders ship from our warehouse in Austin, Texas. We are a US-based brand and all products are manufactured in the USA in an NSF-certified facility.
Standard domestic shipping takes 3–5 business days. Express 2-day shipping is available at checkout. International orders to Canada and the UK typically take 7–14 business days. All orders receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of shipping.
Yes. Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat $4.99 shipping fee. Express shipping is available for $12.99 on any order size.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse — typically within 24 hours of placing your order. If you haven't received a tracking email after 2 business days, check your spam folder or email us at hello@erivelle.com.
Currently we ship to the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. If your country isn't listed, email us and we'll do our best to help.
First, check your tracking link for any delivery updates. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours and your building. If it's been more than 2 days past the estimated delivery date with no tracking updates, email hello@erivelle.com and we'll investigate immediately. Lost packages are replaced at no cost to you.
Take a photo of the damaged packaging and product, then email it to hello@erivelle.com with your order number. We'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost. We do not ask you to return damaged items.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

60 days from the date of purchase. If you've used a product consistently for at least 30 days and aren't satisfied, email hello@erivelle.com with your order number. We'll refund you in full — including original shipping. No restocking fee. No interrogation.
For our 60-day satisfaction guarantee, you do not need to return the product. Simply email us with your order number and a brief note on what you tried and why it didn't meet your expectations. We use that feedback to improve. We will send you a free prepaid return label if you'd prefer to return, but we don't require it.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval. It then takes 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Yes. If you'd like to swap one product for another (for example, if you ordered the wrong size), email hello@erivelle.com within 30 days of purchase. We'll arrange the exchange at no extra cost if the product is unopened or less than half used.
Email hello@erivelle.com immediately with your order number. We'll review and correct any billing errors within 1 business day. If an overcharge occurred, you'll be refunded the difference the same day we confirm it.

Yes, without exception. Every batch is tested by an independent, ISO-certified lab before it ships. We test for: ingredient identity and potency, heavy metals (lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium), microbials (bacteria, mold, yeast), and pesticide residues. This varies by product and your individual baseline: Magnesium Glycinate — most people notice improved sleep and reduced muscle tension within 1–2 weeks. Collagen Complex — skin changes in 4–8 weeks, joint improvements in 8–12 weeks (tissue remodelling takes time). NAD+ — energy and mental clarity improvements within 2–4 weeks. Vitamin D3+K2 — blood levels build over 4–6 weeks. Give any product a minimum of 60 days of consistent use before evaluating.
Yes. Our products are designed to complement each other and there are no known interactions between them.
